Once you have submitted your order, we will call you back to process your payment and your order will be dispatched by courier. Orders placed within the UK mainland will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE within 3 working days. All other orders may be subject to charges and delivery times will vary.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be charged until we call to confirm your order with you.


Procare do not sell hair foil refills online (except as part of these start-up packages) however as part of our order processing we will find your 2 nearest distributors and provide you with their details so that you can buy refill foils without any hassle.
Our machines come with a 1 year replacement policy. If you have any problems simply call our customer care line and we will arrange for a replacement to be couriered to you and they will collect the faulty machine free of charge. (terms & conditions will apply)

Terms and Conditions re promotional offer :
Full payment of £299 is required prior to dispatch of your order. VAT will be added at the rate of 17.5%. Should you not be entirely satisfied with the product, simply contact us within 14days and we will arrange collection of the machine. You will be refunded the full amount of £299 and Procare will pay for collection charges. You will not be charged for the FREE foil.
IMPORTANT : The machine must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging.
